France's Rhône region is home to a dizzying spectrum of outstanding wines, ranging from the everyday to the truly exceptional. When it comes to food pairing, they are particularly revered, as their earthy elegance blends with bracing acidity and depth of fruit. Jill's favorite style of wine, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, is just one example. This dinner will present a full range of wines from the most ancient winery in the region, Château de Saint Cosme, paired with Chef Natasha's custom-designed menu.
