Les Dames d'Escoffier DC Regional Chapter invites your to join them for a sommelier-led wine flight and canapes reception, followed by a conversation with former Food & Wine editor in cheir, Dana Cowin. Washingtonian food editor, Anna Spiegal, will be leading the conversation that will focus on Cowin's newly-launched 'zine Broadly Speaking, based on her popular podcast.
