This interactive class will feature a handcut noodle dish. Participants will make their own fresh dough, cut the noodles themselves and learn to create several additional dishes using this particular dough recipe. The class will be taught by Caleb Jang and Roren Choi, second generation Korean-Americans, and chefs of Magpie and the Tiger. $100 per person. Purchase tickets here. 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
