Seasonal Tasting Menu at Blue Duck Tavern

Jean-Claude Plihon, the director of culinary and food and beverage at Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. is pleased to announce the introduction of a new tasting menu experience at Blue Duck Tavern. Beginning 4/22, guest will be treated to a market-centric seasonal dinner, exclusively featured every Saturday at 6:00pm, except holiday weekends. Andrew Cleverdon, the new Chef de Cuisine for Blue Duck Tavern, ewill be creating the 10 course feast. The menu will be changing weekly and must be enjoyed by the entire table. 

Menu is fixed at $185 per person and $275 w/ wine pairings per person and reservations can be made here
