On Tuesday, May 9th, guests are invited to gather at Cheesetique Shirlington for a "Meet the Winemaker" event with Sommelier Robin Shay of San Polo. Shay will educate guests about this exciting region while hsaring five character-filled wines from San Polo. Guests can also enjoy cheese-centric small bites to pair with each.
