Memorial Day Brunch

The critically-acclaimed Cuban spot Little Havana, recently began serving brunch featuring traditional brunch dishes with a twist like Bistec a Caballo, a South American version of steak and eggs, topped with salsa Criolla, a traditional Peruvian condiment. Chicken and Waffles served with Chicharrón de Pollo and topped with Sweet Burnt Butter and Ybor City Huevos, a sort of Eggs Benedict using Cuban Toast instead of English Muffins and Little Havana's popular Lechon instead of Canadian Bacon are also on the menu.
