Minibar is hosting the next installment of their “Mini Series, Major Chefs” series. Head Chef Jorge Hernandez will welcome James Beard award finalist chef Cassidee Dabney of Tennessee’s Blackberry Farm for one night only. As background, chef Jorge first met chef Cassidee seven years ago when they were both executive sous chefs at their respective restaurants. This dinner is a meaningful moment for them now each as head chefs to collaborate on one special night. Both chefs are committed to using seasonal ingredients, and this dinner will feature products from the Tennessee hills of Blackberry Farm along with local produce from the farms in DC.
