Join ChurchKey for a book release and panel around “Modern Lager Beer: Techniques, Processes, and Recipes.” The discussion will feature Jack Hendler and Joe Connolly of Jack’s Abby Craft Lagers, and Mike Stein of Lost Lagers.
To celebrate the occasion, ChurchKey will feature six beers from Jack’s Abby, including two special lagers created in conjunction with their book’s release. Signed copies of their new book will also be available for purchase.
The panel will be moderated by Michael Stein, President of Lost Lagers, DC's premier beverage research firm. Michael is also a Senior Staff Writer and podcaster at DCBeer Media.
