MODERN VALENTINE’S CAKE & GEMS CLASS

Take a dessert adventure with the Modern Valentine's Cake & Gems Class. Learn the secret to the signature Oreo Gems and master cake-making from pastry pros Tiffany MacIsaac and Alex Mudry-Till. You will go home with an 8-inch Vanilla Cake filled with a choice of filling (choose from jams and curds) and Vanilla Buttercream. Buttercream Bakeshop will supply all tools and ingredients necessary for this project as well as aprons and coffee/tea and a few sweet treats. Tickets are $100 and the class is from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. For tickets and more information please click here.
