National Wagyu Day Weekend at Little Blackbird

Little Blackbird, the acclaimed Cleveland Park wine bar, is celebrating National Wagyu Day with a weekend-long culinary special from Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22. Executive Chef Ryan Moore is marking the occasion with a decadent Wagyu Sandwich Trio, featuring A5 Japanese Wagyu from Iwate Prefecture.

The $30 trio includes:

Wagyu BLT with house-made Wagyu bacon

Wagyu Shawarma served in a mini pita

Wagyu Katsu Sando, a Japanese-style fried Wagyu sandwich
