New Year's Eve Dinner With Ambar Clarendon

Ambar Clarendon will offer a special dinner menu showcasing the best dishes throughout the Balkan Peninsula with a modern twist.  Ambar is offering two seating options, the first is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., which includes 25-cent drinks and unlimited small plates with New Year’s Eve specials priced at $65 per person. The second seating, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., is priced at $85 per person and includes unlimited small plates with New Year’s Eve specials and 25-cent cocktails.  The New Year’s Eve menu includes specials such as Tuna Tartare with Beluga caviar; Pan-Fried Scallops with creamed parsnip and nori crumble; Butter Poached Lobster with asparagus, green peas, and saffron sauce as well as Grilled Dry Aged Ribeye with herbed mashed potatoes and truffle sauce. For those looking to experience New Year’s Eve at home, Ambar Clarendon will also be offering two large, value-driven, family-style grab-and-go menus derived from their next-level Balkan dining without limits concept.  Each menu will feature seasonal specials, prepared with a Balkan twist, with enough food to feast for days. The first is a seven-course Balkan feast priced at $79 and includes a choice of main dish, spread, salad, two vegetables, a potato dish, dessert, one bottle of pre-selected sparkling wine, and a choice of a second bottle of wine (red, white, or sparkling) or one bottled cocktail (serves two) to feed three or four people.  The second option is priced at $150 and includes a choice of two main dishes, two spreads, two salads, four vegetables, two potato dishes, two desserts, one bottle of sparkling wine, and a choice of two bottled cocktails (serves four) or two additional bottles of pre-selected wine (red, white or sparkling) to feed six to eight people.
