New Year's Eve Menu Options From Bistro Cacao

Capitol Hill mainstay, Bistro Cacao, will be offering two options to ring in New Year’s Eve this season. The Take-Out Menu is four-courses and highlights include Tuna Tartare with soy-miso glaze, ginger, avocado and rice crisp,  Magret de Canard with butternut squash puree, braised kale, charred cipollini, and duck jus, and for dessert, an Apricot Clafoutis, Apricot Custard Tart, Vanilla Sabayon, Whipped Creme Fraiche and Pistachio Ice cream  The To-Go Family Meal is priced at $90 per person and is available for pick up between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 pm on December 31st.
