Vienna’s Blend 111 will celebrate New Year's Eve with two options, an a la carte Spanish Menu to go and a 5-course Latin Inspired tasting menu for dining in. Say Adios to 2021 with Blend 111’s New Year’s Eve to-go menu. Highlights include Spanish classics like Albondigas (Spanish Meatballs), Paella de Mariscos, Basque Cheesecake, and a bottle of Cava from Spain. If you are choosing to dine in or on the back patio, a 5-course Latin Inspired menu will be offered for $160 per person, with an optional beverage pairing of $60. The menu includes tres arepitas with foie, caviar, and queso, Seared Scallop with charred turnip, cayenne, and carrot, Olive Oil Grilled Octopus with mofongo, alcaparrado, and roasted garlic. For the main course, a choice of Guiso Cordero, hay smoked lamb with anise jus and malanga root gratin or Banana Leaf Grilled Kanpachi with carimanola and coconut aioli and for dessert, Layered Rum Cake with house roasted coffee, Venezuelan rum and almond flour shortbread.
