Nina May New Year Eve Menu

This year, Shaw’s Nina May will be offering a fun and festive 4-course menu to ring in 2021, available both for dine-in and extended hours for take-out. Chef McClimans’ seasonal menu includes multiple snacks to kick off the meal, like House-Smoked Salmon Blini with Chive Crème Fraiche,  Oysters on the Half Shell with Apple Horseradish Jelly and Crispy Polenta with Mushroom Aioli. The menu also includes Pan Seared New Bedford Sea Scallops with winter citrus salad, baby belle radishes, and fennel vinaigrette,  Pumpernickel and Bosc Pear Ravioli with toasted walnuts, blue cheese, and crispy golden sage, Butter Basted Black Angus Tomahawk Steak with olive oil potatoes, bone marrow butter, red wine jus, and root vegetable gratin and for dessert, Salted Maple and Chestnut Pie with Italian meringue, gingerbread crumble and bourbon caramel.
