Michelin starred Chef Nicholas Stefanelli is opening an Officina Popup in Georgetown at the Via Umbria space on Wisconsin Avenue. The Officina Popup will deliver the finest in Italian gastronomy in an inviting neighborhood concept that is specially designed to meet the needs of the community during the unprecedented times we are living in. 
 
There will be personal shopping appointments for shoppers, curbside and delivery offering of daily breads, hot prepared food from the Trattoria menu, fresh pastas, handcrafted butcher products, and specialty meats and cheeses that make the Officina experience truly unique.
