Old School vs. New School Wine Tasting at Hill Center DC

Featuring Jill Zankowski, a DC guest Sommelier (from the New School), who will co-host with Michael (from the Old School). Michael co-hosts a study on four wines – two with an emphasis on history, time, and benchmark winemaking techniques. The other two wines will be based on creativity, invention, and a quick exploration of “Natural Wines". This is a great class to enjoy wine, learn something new, then head out for dinner!
