One Journey Festival at Washington National Cathedral

When:
June 25,2022 – June 25,2022 all-day
Where:
Washington National Cathedral
3101 Wisconsin Avenue NW, Washington DC
Bring your appetite to the International Food Lane at the One Journey Festival to experience a variety of tasty cuisines and cultures from all over the world. There will be multicultural food trucks cooking up dishes like cevapi from Serbia, Momos from Nepal, poutine hailing from our neighbors to the North - Canada, paletas from Mexico, and Indonesian dishes passed down through generations.

Support for all food vendors will directly help support a refugee or immigrant vendor, not to mention helping strengthen your understanding of and connection to the diverse community of the DC area. Most of the food truck chefs and owners represent a section of the refugee and immigrant experience.

Come out to experience food from: From Scratch (Balkan), Halal Grill Food & Catering (Middle Eastern), Health Pub (Smoothies & Acai bowls), Himalayan Soul Food, Maracas (Mexican-style ice pops), Pop-Up Poutine, Sate (Indonesia), and Two Smooth Dudes Food Truck (U.S.A.). Also be sure to check out Mozaic who will be serving authentic Syrian food made by refugee and immigrant chefs, and the Saint Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Church for some regional treats.

In addition to all the tasty treats, there will be music, dancing, art, VR experiences, storytelling, a Unity Parade, sports (soccer, yoga and teqball), refugee-serving organizations, and children's activities!

Entry to the festival is free, but guests are encouraged to make a reservation. For more information visit One Journey Festival.
