Join Cheese Lady Jill Erber to recap this unprecedented, exciting year through food and wine. This class will showcase the most beloved items of the year, as demonstrated by Cheesetique's loyal, supportive, and amazing customers. Your kit for this online class serves two to four people and includes lightly sweet & tangy honey goat, gooey d'Affinois, hard-aged sheep gouda ewephoria, Cheesetique's signature homemade pimiento cheese, and sliced bresaola (think "beef prosciutto"). For pairing, you'll enjoy Kingsbury chocolate sea salt caramels and crispy wafer crackers, plus some additional surprise items. The wine is the much-adored Les Brebis Pinot Noir 2018 from Willamette Valley, Oregon. Beautiful fruit, perfect structure, medium-bodied artisan excellence. Once you purchase your ticket, please indicate where you will pick up your class kit. (Note: class kits cannot be shipped at this time.) $55 per kit, with wine add on options. Kits must be picked up on Wednesday, December 23rd between 12:00 and 5:00 p.m. The online class begins at 5:30 p.m. Keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class.
