Online Class: Spring Forward
Virtual Event
As seasons change, revel in the beauty that flower, honey, and other coveted seasonal ingredients can bring to your cheeses. For those of you craving a taste of the outdoors and imaging a delicate breeze warmed by sunshine, this is the class for you. Your class kit will serve two to four people and includes five cheeses: fresh, velvety buchette aux fleurs (pasteurized goat, France), honey-kissed honey bee goat gouda (pasteurized goat, Holland), delicately herbal pecorino camomilla (pasteurized sheep, Italy), highly-seasonal Lisa with ramps (raw cow, Germany), and eye-popping Alp blossom (raw cow, Austria). For pairing, you'll add a personal-sized mini honey bear for drizzling (yes, they are the cutest things ever) and homemade crackers. Perhaps the most beautiful bottle you've ever seen just happens to hold a stunning rosé worthy of these sun-inspired cheeses. New York's Wolffer Estate Summer in a Bottle 2020 is a lovely balance between fresh fruit, fine tannins, good minerality, and graceful acidity. Prepare for beauty through and through. Online class with Cheese Lady Jill Erber and class kit $59.99. Wine available as an add-on for $34.99. Class kit pick up available on Tuesday, April 13th or Wednesday, April 14th. Keep the cheeses refrigerated until one hour before the class. The online class begins at 5:30 p.m. on April 14th. For more information, please click here.
