In this engaging session you'll learn to make the classic Greek dishes baklava and triangles of spanakopita and tyropita. Conquer your fear of phyllo dough. Maria Kopsidas, the owner of Cookology Cooking School, will show you how to handle the delicate phyllo leaves so they neither break and nor become soggy. She will guide you through the steps to make the classic honey-nut pastry baklava as well as snack-sized spinach-feta triangles (spanakopita) and flakey cheese triangles (tyropita).
