Oyster Shucking & Wine Pairing Class at Seamore's

Seamore's is hosting a two-hour Oyster Shucking Class that starts at 6:30 p.m. Each class will be highlighted by a local oyster farmer or representative from the Chesapeake Restoration Project. Tickets cost $95 each. With each ticket, guests recieve 1 dozen local oysters of different brine levels and flavor profiles, 4 tastings of Old World wines with a full glass of their favorite wine at the end of the class, guests will take home their own oyster knife and glove, and guests will learn about harbor restoration, how to taste, how to shuck, and how to pair wines with different oyster species.
