Pepe At The Lab

ThinkFoodGroup’s The Lab, a unique space of learning and experimentation that hosts a series of rotating, fast-casual culinary concepts, will be featuring Pepe. Pepe began as José Andrés’ popular food truck that serves the famous Spanish Flautas sandwich throughout D.C., Virginia, and Maryland. Pepe at The Lab will serve all of the truck’s classic dishes, and will showcase a new Super Flauta, as well as Soft Serve Leche Meringada, and Sorbet Fresca. Pepe at The Lab will open from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will run until Think Food Group’s newest fast-casual concept is ready to debut.
