Pop-Up Grocer, a space helping increase visibility of emerging grocery brands, is coming to Union Market. Pop-Up Grocer travels to cities all over the country and features both local and national products. Some products featured from the DC-area will include District Snacks flavored almond butter, Phil's finest omnivore sausages, Amazi sustainable dried fruits, Snacklins yuca chips, and Ayoba grass-fed jerky. The pop-up space has been designed by Chaz Capobianco, the founder of Capoco, an experimental design studio. Pop-Up Grocer will be stationed in DC until June 5th, and will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
