SABABA is celebrating Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, before sundown Tuesday October 4th (pre-fast) and Wednesday October 5th (post-fast). Decadent specials like Israeli couscous ($15), heirloom carrots cooked al'Heash ($15), sumac & preserved lemon crusted salmon with fennel and citrus salad ($28), and lamb tagine with carrots, sweet potato and spiced couscous ($30). Dishes will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.
