Pre-Theater Dinner Menu From The Occidental

The Occidental and the National Theatre are teaming up for a special pre-theater dinner menu sure to delight foodies and theater lovers alike. The iconic restaurant -- adjacent to the Willard InterContinental and a short walk from the theater -- will launch its new three-course menu available from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. for $45 per person. The pre-theater menu will include autumn-inspired eats like hard cider-braised pork belly, stuffed portobellos, chicken breast poached in duck fat and more. For $20 extra, diners can also add a wine pairing -- or opt for one of 13 new specialty themed cocktails like the bourbon-based “Comfy Couch,” inspired by season opener The New One, Mike Birbiglia's direct-from-Broadway hit.
