Puglia Wine Dinner With Pietraventosa Winery

Join Via Umbria in kicking off their "Maker's May" event where they will highlight visiting winemaker's from around Italy and welcome back the winemakers of Pietraventosa Winery from the heart of Puglia. These legendary winemakers will be teaming up with Via Umbria's Executive Chef, Liam LaCivita, to create a masterful menu that celebrates not only the unique flavors of the heel region of Italy, but also perfectly compliment the delicate flavors of the Pietraventosa wines, which will create an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. Chef Liam and the winemakers will join you at the table at every course for a description of each dish, and feel free to ask questions.
