Rasika New Year's Eve Menu

The four-star Rasika Penn Quarter and sister restaurant Rasika West End will be offering a three-course, prix fixe menus available for in-house dining, carryout, and delivery this New Year’s. Prepared by Group Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, you can enjoy flavorful starters such as Masala Salmon Cake with curry leaves, mustard seeds and smoked salmon aioli; Lamb Nargisi Kofta with lamb mince, quail eggs and mint chutney; Chicken Cafreal Sannas with grilled chicken, steamed rice cake and green chili and Warm Raj Kachori, chickpeas with onions and pomegranate.  Next, families will enjoy a Shrimp Ishtu with ginger, green chilies and coconut milk; Khud Murgh with poussin, caramelized onions; Bison Roast, tenderloin with fennel and black pepper, as well as Gujarati Lasagna with eggplant, sweet potato, bell peppers and kadi.  A dessert sampler of Goan New Year’s Cake with saffron sabayon; Chocolate Bibianca with hot chocolate and Malpua with candied ginger rabdi.  The featured a la carte menu will be available on New Year’s Eve as well. The prix fixe menus are priced at $75 per person. Rasika Penn Quarter and Rasika West End will be serving from 11:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. For reservations in the outdoor tent, additional information, or to place an order for pickup from Rasika Penn Quarter please call (202) 637-1222 or click here. For reservations in the outdoor tent, additional information, or to place an order for pickup from Rasika West End, please call (202) 466-2500 or click here.
