Red, White & Sparkling Blueberry

George Washington slept here. Sort of….  It is documented that Union Street Public House was a meeting place for the first president as well as a patriot’s haven way back in the 1780’s. It’s said that George still haunts the building. What better place than that to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of our nation Bartender Mehdi Bentaibi has designed the Red, White and Sparkling Blueberry cocktail to celebrate this occasion. The refresher with a kick is a punch with ingredients that include Moscato white wine, sparkling blueberry juice, sorbet light pineapple coconut liquer, garnished with strawberries, blueberries, a slice of coconut and a miniature American flag.
