Hosted by Sak Polert of Rice Market Seng Laungrath who will demonstrate Mok Pa, a Lao dish of seafood steamed in banana leaves with a green curry sauce, coconut, dill, wood ear mushrooms and onions all the while sharing with students her rich, cherished food memories and lively conversation.
