The newly opened Ambar Shaw will be celebrating The Old New Year, also known as the Orthodox New Year, a traditional holiday celebrated as the start of the New Year by the Julian calendar, with a special menu, music & dancing. The menu highlights the best dishes throughout the Balkan Peninsula with a modern twist. Two seating options: the first is 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., which includes unlimited small plates with New Year’s Eve specials priced at $59.99 per person (guests are limited to a two-hour time limit). Guests can also enjoy unlimited drinks for $27.99 per person. Those dining on the second floor after 8:15 p.m. will enjoy a la carte food and drinks until 12:30 a.m. and a $15 per person cover charge. A cash bar will be available for those wishing to order drinks from 12:30 a.m. to Close. Guests dining on the second floor will also enjoy live acoustic & electric Balkan music for celebrating and dancing, from the DC Electric Band from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
