Dauphine's will be offering a special Réveillon  dinner menu the week leading up to Christmas. The New Orleans tradition of Réveillon  (translating to 'awakening' in French) originated in the early 1800s as a decadent, multi-course family meal, typically served after midnight mass to celebrate Christmas Eve. Dauphine's is bringing its own spin on Réveillon, with a menu guests can indulge in a four-course menu with the option to add a wine pairing.
