Rye Street Tavern's Thanksgiving Meal

In celebration of Thanksgiving, Rye Street Tavern will have a special 3-course pre-fixe menu. You can choose from a variety of seasonal appetizers, including: Ember-Roasted Beets with sheep’s yogurt and candied hazelnuts, as well as signature dishes like the Holy Trinity Gumbo with crispy Wellfleet oysters and andouille sausage. Main-courses consist of several family-style dishes including a traditional Whispering Breeze Farm Wood-Roasted Turkey and a selection of sides like Crispy Kabocha Squash with maple aioli and sage, as well as Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon, maple, and Dijon. Guests can indulge in their choice of dessert with offerings like Dutch Apple Pie with walnut streusel, brown butter whiskey caramel, and vanilla ice cream or Pumpkin Roll with cream cheese filling, salted caramel, and candied pepitas.
