SABABA Hanukkah Menu

SABABA, a modern Israeli restaurant located in the heart of Cleveland Park, is celebrating Hanukkah with a special menu, created by Executive Chef Ryan Moore, for dining in the restaurant or to enjoy at home. Delivery and curbside pickup options are available. Sababa’s Hanukkah 2020 offering features a pre-fixe menu, with the first course a salatim and hummus served with pita & za’atar roasted beet, & golden tahina with pistachios and honey harissa. The second course is two potato latkes with a choice of topping, smoked salmon, sumac onion & dill labne; corned beef, pickled red cabbage & deli mustard; spiced apple & honey marmalade; or loaded latke, sour cream, cheder cheese & scallion. The third course is braised beef brisket for two, with a choice of roasted potato, carrot, cippolini onion, or braised red cabbage with date citrus & ginger. The fourth course is a choice of tahina sufganiyot, two jelly donuts with a spiced mixed berry jam, or Hanukkah gelt tart, two date tahini caramel tarts, lustered with gold dust.
