For National Women's Day, Cranes is highlighting some amazing women in the Sake industry. They worked with Cranes' Sommelier to curate a premium list of sake chosen for this special event. The Chef has prepared a special Omakase menu for this event, with locally sourced ingredients as well as seafood, meat, and vegetables that he finds inspiring in the marketplace.
