Eaton D.C.’s award-winning cocktail bar Allegory will host celebrated San Francisco neighborhood bar Trick Dog for a one-night pop-up and masterclass on Monday, May 22nd. Trick Dog is best known for its art-inspired cocktail menus, founder Josh Harris and General Manager Nick Amano-Dolin will discuss inspiration behind the bar’s current menu and the Trick Dog cocktail philosophy during a free masterclass hosted in partnership with Allegory Bar Director Deke Dunne from 1-2:30PM.
The pair will later takeover the bar at Allegory, offering a concise menu of cocktails from 6-11PM.
