The team at Owens will be hosting Sapwood Cellars beginning at 12:00 p.m. Led by renowned beer writers and brewers, Michael Tonsmeire and Scott Janish, Sapwood impresses with a wide array of mixed-fermentation brews, hop-forward ales and barrel-aged rarities. During the event, there will be a bevy of 15 different offerings on draft and from the bottle, including a nice selection of vintages brews. Owens is excited for the return of the tap takeover, and especially so that it is in partnership with one of their favorite and hard-to-get breweries. There is no admission fee for the event. All Sapwood Cellars beverages will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours.
