MXDC Cocina Mexicana is adding a two-course Shabu Shabu for Two experience to their fall menu. A Japanese Nabemono hotpot dish of thinly sliced meat and vegetables cooked in broth and served with dipping sauces, Shabu-Shabu is derived from the sound emitted when the ingredients are stirred in the cooking pot. It will be available exclusively during dinner service. MXDC will offer the two-course Shabu Shabu feast priced at $65 per couple (tax and gratuity not included).
