Shop, Sip & Stroll: NOVEL 14th Street Hosts Summer Makers Market

NOVEL 14th Street, a brand-new apartment community developed by Crescent Communities and managed by Bozzuto, located just north of U Street Corridor, invites you to an afternoon of fun and shopping on from noon - 3:00 p.m.

In partnership with Land of a Thousand Hills, NOVEL 14th Street’s integrated coffee shop and social house, the Summer Makers Market will feature a curated lineup of local makers and fan-favorite small businesses selling local goods from handmade jewelry and accessories to ready-to-drink cocktails, home goods and more.   

Upon arrival, you will receive a complimentary NOVEL 14th Street tote bag. Throughout the event, guests will enjoy a live DJ while the community’s leasing team will lead guided tours of the neighborhood’s newest community. Guests who participate in a tour will receive a giveaway item and a complimentary treat from Land of a Thousand Hills, a socially-conscious café that brings life-changing work to communities in Rwanda. Delicious food and beverages from Land of a Thousand Hills will be available for purchase during the event.
