Slow Food DC Meet-&-Greet at Seylou

Slow Food DC is pleased to invite you to their upcoming meet-and-greet at recent Snail of Approval winner, Seylou. Slow Food DC also wants to use this time to get together and celebrate one of their winners while enjoying Seylou's delicious baked goods and one another's community. In addition, Slow Food DC is looking to expand their board and will look forward to meeting anyone who is interested in joining and answering questions. Seylou is a whole grain mill and bakery that uses ingredients from local and regenerative farms to produce naturally fermented bread and pastries for the community. It serves as a model of avant-garde urban food production with a commitment to regional food security and equitable distribution and traditional, time-honored technique and craft.
