Join Bayti & Shababi for the collaboration of the year as they bring you "A Palestinian Christmas." This culinary hospitality experience will transport you to the cobblestone streets of Bethlehem with the flavors of Palestine in every dish. The meal is a dine-in family-style meal to honor the tradition of sharing food in Palestinian culture. Tables are setup in small groups to create intimacy and familiarity between diners, so don't be shy- mingle and meet new friends.

Jinan, founder of Bayti, is a Palestinian American activist and chef, and has channeled the meals of her youth into an experience that you will never forget. The concept arose from the need to share a true "home" experience with those who have never been given the opportunity. Enjoy the Palestinian recipes inherited from her mother, and undergo an immersive experience of culture and pride.

Marcelle, founder of Shababi, is a Palestinian Assyrian chef and activist, and has built on the experience of growing up in a family restaurant, working as head chef at a DC Michelin star restaurant, to creating Shababi- a concept rooted in cooking msakhan-style rotisserie chicken and amazing sides such as french onion labneh, zaatar fries, and taboon (bread).
