Lisa Bryan is famous for her Youtube Meal Prep videos and Downshiftology focuses on "big-batch recipes that can either be frozen or repurposed into delicious meals without resembling leftovers." On this exclusive virtual event, she'll talk about her food philosophy, answer audience questions, and even provide a mini-cooking demo.
