Come join Prather's on the Alley on Sunday for a special pop-up dinner with Chef Tim Ma. Chef Ma (formerly of Kyrisan and Water & Wall) opened American Son, a restaurant in the new Eaton DC hotel featuring simple yet thoughtful presentations of American comfort food, using ingredients and techniques influenced by Ma’s own immigrant background as a second generation American. The menu for this collaboration will reimagine modern-day American cuisine and epitomize what it genuinely is: a melting pot of diverse immigrant stories. Prices vary based on the dish.
