Summertime is synonymous with grilling season, but achieving that perfectly-cooked, well-seasoned, and full-of-flavor cut of meat time after time can prove to be a challenge. Come learn how to grill like an expert and enjoy lunch when you're finished. Spatchcocked chicken, dry rubbed steak, new potato salad, and heirloom tomato & beet salad are on the menu for this Grilling 101 cooking class. Your ticket includes instruction and lunch.
