Spirited Thursdays Featuring Macallan

Spirited Thursday at The Alex Speakeasy kicks off this month, and be held every third Thursday of the month following featuring different spirit partners. Join Executive Chef Jose Molina and James D’arcy from Macallan Distillery for a perfectly paired three-course whisky dinner. Pairings include the Macallan Classic Cut with skillet brie, Macallan 15 Year Triple Cask Matured with choice of cast iron ribeye or pan-seared seabass, and Macallan Rare Cask with house-made bread pudding whiskey crème anglaise. $150 per person. 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. For more information or to make a reservation, please click here.
