Join us as Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart prepares light treats to celebrate the new season's best flavors! Recipes to be demonstrated and sampled include a Torta Pasqualina, a savory pie with a ricotta, spinach and egg filling, traditionally served at Easter, Tiramisu al Limone, a lighter, springtime take on the sweet Italian staple, Bocconotti mini tarts made of a buttery shortcrust filled with seasonal jam, and Bignè alle Fragola, strawberry cream puffs with whipped ricotta. 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. $45.
