Stela at Centrolina: From the Alps to the Adriatic

Chef Amy Brandwein invites you to join her for a special edition of STELA, inspired by her recent culinary journey through Vienna, Graz, Trieste and Venice. Titled from the Adriatic to the Alps, the eight-course tasting menu will celebrate the flavors, traditions and discoveries from her travels, with dishes ranging from Venetian salt-baked branzino and blueberry pappardelle to a collection of specialties inspired by Trieste. Hosted in Centrolina’s intimate Chef’s Salon, the evening will offer a unique opportunity to experience Chef Amy’s interpretation of the region’s cuisine, guided by her philosophy that “simple is exquisite.” Tickets cost $175 per person with an additional $25 per person wine pairing available.
