Tiger Fork is bring back it's Night Market for the first time since it began its pandemic hiatus, and it is sure to be better than ever! Take a trip to the streets of Hong Kong with guest chefs Angel Barreto, representing ANJU one of DC's best restaurants, and chef Janny Kin former check of Himitsu, founder of Hello Sando, and current chef of Jailbreak Brewing Company. Chef Angel will be serving tangsuyuk (crispy fried pork, sweet & sour sauce, onions, peppers) and soondae japchae (sausage, glass noodles, carrots, onion, spinach, mushrooms, black pepper, soy). Tiger Fork's own chef Jong Son will be preparing jjaJang ttekobokki (sweet black bean sauce, rice cakes, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions) and oxtail bao (ssamjang oxtail, sesame seed bao, morita pepper, aioli, pickled onion). Chef Janny will be traveling to DC for one night only and will be cooking up creative snack inclunding mapo tofu with 90-day dry-aged beef, preserved mustard greens, and black garlic oil. The Market will also feature local DC Brau, China's traditional national spirit of Baijiu from Ming River Baijiu, and a DJ spinning dance tunes all night long.
