Join DBGB Pastry Chef Caroline Ballam for a summer pastry class featuring fresh seasonal fruits. Follow along as Chef Caroline demonstrates how to make DBGB’s beloved Peach Crisp, and learn about how you can create your own traditional summer desserts at home, with techniques to baking with various fruits, how to make the perfect pie dough, crisp topping, and cobbler dough. After the class, sip on mimosas and coffee and enjoy the fruits of your labor, with a full spread of pastries, quiche, and your homemade desserts.
