Susan Gage Caterers is beefing up its Super Bowl specials with the local prime beef bundle featuring four 14-ounce prime NY strips, four 8-ounce Prime Filets, four 16-ounce sirloin steaks, and 2 pounds of prime ground beef (individually vacuum sealed and frozen). Serve alongside snacks and sides like the crab cake sliders on toasted brioche rolls and remoulade sauce and festive cocktails like the touchdown, tequila featuring a mix of tequila, blood orange, and lime. All orders must be placed by February 2nd for delivery on February 6th.
