Taste of Tequila at The Commentary

Experience an unforgettable afternoon exploring the rich flavors and history of tequila from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at The Commentary. Their tequila tasting fiesta will transport you on a journey to Jalisco, where some of the world's renowned distilleries are located. The afternoon will begin with a brief introduction to the origins and production methods of TCapri Tequila, with an expert guiding you through the different varieties - blanco, reposado and the premier of their brand new añejo. You'll learn how to properly taste tequila, evaluating its aroma, flavor profile, and finish like a seasoned connoisseur. You will also learn how to make signature cocktails from the Classic Margarita to a Tequila Old Fashioned and more. All paired with small bites by Executive Chef, Francecil Ponte.
